- representing the Clients in litigation in the area of civil law claims i.e. acts of unfair competition, in particular the misleading marking of products, unauthorised copying of products, protection of business secrets, unfair advertising, dissolution of false information and hindering access to the market
- competition protection regarding i.a. practices restricting competition and practices infringing collective consumer interests as well as concentration of enterprises
