With a team led by partners an advocate Małgorzata Kacperska and an advocate Sabina Kubsik, our firm advises Haworth Capital on the acquisition of a two Polish companies Fabryka Mebli Biurowych „Mikomax” Sp. z o.o. and „Mikomax” Sp. z o.o. based in Łódź, Poland.
A preliminary agreement was signed in November 2021, we are currently represent Haworth in conducting proceeding before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in order to obtain approval for the merger of companies. After obtaining the approval, the transaction will be closed.
