- He has represented clients in numerous landmark cases, including matters concerning legal title to commercial real estate, invalidation of public tenders, restructuring of distribution networks, shareholder disputes, abusive contractual clauses and unfair competition, as well as tax proceedings involving businesses (including VAT).
- He represents clients in several of the largest and most prominent class actions on the Polish market concerning consumer protection, conducted with the participation of the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights and the Financial Ombudsman, as well as in a case before the European Court of Human Rights regarding a violation of the right of access to a court.
- He has advised Polish and international companies from the defense, energy (including renewables), chemical, transportation, tourism, and hospitality sectors, as well as insurers and financial institutions.
- He is the author of publications on competition law, consumer law, and commercial law, including works devoted to judicial dispute resolution and corporate law.
