• He specializes in corporate and commercial law, litigation and arbitration, as well as comprehensive support for business transactions, particularly investment and development projects.
• He has extensive experience representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings involving, among others, commercial contracts, construction and infrastructure projects, corporate disputes, management liability, and IT system implementations. He has acted for clients in disputes arising from large-scale investment projects, including the execution of investments, settlements with contractors, and relationships with tenants of commercial properties. He has also handled administrative and regulatory proceedings, particularly in the areas of data protection and consumer law.

• In parallel, he advises on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, restructurings, and asset disposals, both in domestic and cross-border matters. He provides comprehensive legal support at all stages of a transaction—from due diligence and structuring, through negotiations, to post-closing assistance. He has also been involved in investment financing projects, including complex credit facilities, lease-back and build-to-suit transactions, as well as asset restructuring and privatization processes.
• He advises management boards, supervisory boards, and shareholders on key matters related to corporate structure, corporate governance, management liability, and shareholder relations. He supports clients in their day-to-day operational and regulatory activities and in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, leasing, tenancy, and advanced IT contracts.
