- specializes in corporate law, commercial law, and economic law. On a daily basis, she provides comprehensive services to entrepreneurs, both Polish and foreign. She has experience in conducting legal due diligence and participates in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions;
- since 2022, she has been entered on the list of trainee attorneys maintained by the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Krakow;
- she speaks Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
