- she provides legal services to Polish and foreign entities in matters concerning intellectual property law, particularly in the areas of trademarks and protection against unfair competition. She supports clients at every stage — from conducting registrability examinations and obtaining exclusive rights to defending those rights before courts and authorities. She also prepares commercial agreements related to intellectual property rights, including license agreements and contracts concerning the transfer of intellectual property rights;
- she has experience working with entities from various market sectors, including the food, pharmaceutical, IT, fashion, and automotive industries, as well as providing legal services to entities with State Treasury participation;
- she gained her professional experience at renowned law firms — both those specializing in intellectual property law and interdisciplinary practices;
- she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw and the Hugo Grotius Intellectual Property Centre.
