She advises on transaction processes and the establishment and organization of business activities;
- in her practice, she focuses on product compliance with Polish and EU legal requirements, particularly in relation to food, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. She supports companies in developing regulatory compliance strategies, ensuring the legal safety of their operations and products;
- represents clients before civil courts (e.g. in cases concerning intellectual property and personal rights infringements) as well as in administrative and administrative court proceedings, including cases involving State Treasury liability;
- LL.M. in International Commercial Law;
- Member of The European Food Law Association (EFLA);
- graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the British Law Centre (University of Cambridge).
