He represents employers in all types of litigation with employees, advises managers on the matters at the interface of labour law and civil law, including drafting and negotiation of civil-law contracts of employment, he also represents employees and managers in court disputes regarding contract termination, remuneration, mobbing, and accident-related compensation.
