AI Act in Practice: When Does AI-Generated Content Need to Be Labelled?
As of 2 August 2026, the main provisions of the AI Act apply, including the transparency obligations set out in Article 50. Does this mean that every piece of content created using artificial intelligence must be labelled? No. The scope of these obligations depends, among other things, on the type of content, how AI is used, and the role of the business concerned.
On 19 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m., during an “Expert Webinar” for members of the Polish Hotel Industry Chamber (IGHP), Dr Sabina Kubsik, Attorney-at-Law, Partner at DRZEWIECKI TOMASZEK, and Marcin Górzyński, CEO and Founder of Aquila Group, will discuss the practical implications of the new regulations for the hospitality industry.
The experts will explain, among other things, which types of content may need to be labelled, when the use of AI does not trigger such an obligation, and how to translate the AI Act requirements into day-to-day marketing and operational activities.
