Attorney-at-law Tomasz Dyrdycki-Borowy, an expert in administrative, construction, and environmental law with over 20 years of experience in handling complex investment processes, has joined the team.
Tomasz Dyrdycki-Borowy has extensive experience in spatial planning and development law, construction law, and issues related to investment and construction procedures. For more than two decades, he has cooperated with public administration, which has allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms governing local authorities and administrative procedures.
In his practice, he focuses on providing legal advice to investors and developers in the preparation and implementation of investments, including negotiating agreements and traffic service conditions with public road authorities, as well as advising on integrated investment plans.
Mr. Dyrdycki-Borowy represents clients in proceedings before public administration authorities and administrative courts, as well as in compensation disputes against public entities arising from unlawful exercise of public authority.
His theoretical and practical knowledge of investment and administrative law represents a significant reinforcement of DT’s team, particularly in projects related to spatial planning, infrastructure investments, and disputes with public administration bodies.
