- Advisory services relating to contracts for the production, supply, modernisation, and maintenance of military equipment and dual-use products, support in relations with public institutions and industrial partners, and participation in the development of cooperation structures with subcontractors and technology partners.
- Regulatory advisory services in respect of legislation governing the trade in armaments, dual-use products, as well as security and the protection of classified information, sector-specific regulations, and the monitoring of legislative developments affecting activities in the defence sector.
- Legal support for foreign enterprises planning to commence operations on the Polish defence and dual-use products market, including regulatory analysis and the structuring of operations in Poland, as well as support in building relationships with public institutions and industrial partners.
- Comprehensive advisory services in the field of public procurement within the defence and security sectors, encompassing support at all stages of procedures conducted by institutions under the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of the Interior and Administration. This includes documentation analysis, preparation of participation strategies, advisory services during negotiations, and representation in procurement disputes.
- Advisory services in matters relating to product classification (dual-use/military), export controls, and current requirements concerning trade in strategic goods (EU/Poland); compliance programmes (ICP); and sanctions compliance and control.
- Advisory services on the protection of technology, intellectual property, and the implementation of cybersecurity measures; protection and commercialisation of sensitive and classified technologies, including industrial security clearances; and the structuring of intellectual property in research and development activities.
