Legal advisory in:
- implementation of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines, audits, drafting of documents, representing the Clients in seeking authorisation to operate pharmaceutical wholesales
- representing the Clients in the proceedings conducted by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products and sanitary inspection authorities, in the processes aiming at reimbursement in respect of medicinal products and medical devices from the public funds conducted by the Economic Commission at the Ministry of Health
- establishing quality management systems, appropriate procedures and other internal documents aiming at ensuring compliance of entrepreneurs’ activities with legal and corporate guidelines
- representing the Clients in concluding any types of agreements relating to manufacturing, distribution and transport of medicinal products and medical devices with the consideration of required quality agreements, assisting in establishing distribution models relying upon cooperation with logistics operators
