Legal Counsel. Tomasz Wierzowiecki is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has completed postgraduate studies "Public investment and FIDIC/bank procedures” at Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Poznań University of Technology. He is an author of several publications in area of the construction law. Tomasz Wierzowiecki has been an associate at Drzewiecki, Tomaszek & Partners, heading the office in Poznań since 2013.
Tomasz Wierzowiecki specializes in commercial, construction and civil law matters, including civil litigation.
For many years he has been providing day-to-day legal advices to entrepreneurs from Wielkopolska Region including entrepreneurs representing the construction and services sectors. He provides assistance to entrepreneurs, including a publicly-held company in scope of the corporate matters. He also represents clients in court proceedings before civil and commercial courts. Tomasz Wierzowiecki organizes and conducts trainings for entrepreneurs, in particular following form the construction sector. Since 2008 he is a superarbitrator at the permanent Court of Arbitration appointed by the Wielkopolska Chamber of Construction (WIB) to resolve disputes between the entrepreneurs. He is also a lecturer at conferences on arbitration and mediation organized by WIB. Since 201 Tomasz Wierzowiecki is the arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration running at the Electronic Depository for Securities appointed to resolve disputes arising from the electronic bill of exchange issued within Payper 24 system.
