Advocate. Andrzej Tomaszek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Department of History at the University of Warsaw (both qualifications achieved with honours). The author of several dozen publications on the bar and various areas of law in Poland and abroad. In 1992, he took an internship with the German foreign law firm of Boden Oppenhoff Rasor Raue in Cologne.

Andrzej Tomaszek specializes in competition law, intellectual property rights and product liability as well as litigation and arbitration matters. In the Firm, he is responsible for the departments of industrial property and litigation.
Since 1992, Andrzej Tomaszek has represented more than 100 Polish and foreign manufacturers and distributors in court proceedings, arbitration or administrative interests. These Clients were from the food, automotive, electronic, construction, textile, chemical and pharmaceutical, publishing and entertainment industries. Andrzej Tomaszek is a Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI) and Defense (DRI). In the years 2001-2003, he served as the Chairman of the Competition Law Association. He is a member of editorial council of "Monitor Prawniczy” and "Palestra”.
Andrzej Tomaszek is a recommended lawyer in the field of industrial property rights, intellectual property and copyright law according to the rankings of Rzeczpospolita (a leading Polish newspaper) in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, as well as by Forbes in 2007, 2009 and 2010. Since 1995, Andrzej Tomaszek has been a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Between 2007 and 2013 he was the Vice-Dean of the Council.
